This pomegranate smoothie with beet is one of the best kid friendly smoothie for kids and adults. Its simple to make and a perfect way to sneak some beet into kids diet!

Add water if you want to dilute it.
Instructions
Cut the pomegranate with a knife and use your fingers to separate the fruit, which is later washed in a strainer and cleaned of pale yellow skin.
All the liquid goes into the blender first and then the berries and beets.
Blend for a minimum of 2×30 seconds (to preserve your blender).
Then strain the mixture through a plastic strainer (strain by lightly pressing at the end with a large spoon for precious juice).
Serve in some kid friendly cup with a colorful straw and your kid will enjoy this delicious pomegranate seed smoothie.

You can add apples or carrots
Beet has a strong flavor that most kids don’t like. Start with one slice and gradually add more until they get used to the taste.
Add some dates, honey, or maple syrup if needed, but this smoothie is delicious without any added sweeteners, trust me!
