No Sugar Orange Popsicles
Marina Sestan
These no sugar orange popsicles are a refreshing homemade summer treat made with real fruit, fresh orange juice, and a little coconut oil for a smoother texture. They’re easy to blend, naturally sweet, and great for kids and adults on hot days.

Instructions
Add the carrot, apple, peaches, fresh orange juice, and coconut oil to a blender.
Blend until completely smooth.
If the mixture seems too thick, add a small splash of water and blend again until pourable.
Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
Insert sticks and freeze overnight, or until fully set.
Unmold and serve cold.
Notes
Use ripe fruit for the best natural sweetness.
If your blender needs help, add just enough water to get the mixture moving without thinning it too much.
Silicone popsicle molds make removal easier. I highly recommend BPA-free silicone molds and a strong blender.
